Tremendous Success

Dear Patsy and Steve,

Thank you so much for your services at the Taste of the Rockies at the Cheyenne Mountain Lodge on Sunday, August 15^th, 2004. We truly appreciate your working with us on discounted rates and providing great entertainment for our guests. This was our first year hosting Taste of the Rockies in conjunction with the Phil Long/Randy Gradishar Golf Classic and we couldn’t be happier with the event! We hope you had a chance to enjoy the breathtaking setting and other entertainment. Wasn’t the Colorado Springs Youth Conservatory wonderful?

We are thrilled with the tremendous success of all of this year’s events. Our success would not have been possible without your partnership; we are so grateful you could join us for such a special evening! We cannot thank you enough!

As you may know, the funds raised from these events will benefit thousands of children and their families through the Phil Long Community Fund’s Fantasy Playground Project. This year’s playground will be built in the Montbello area of Denver at McGlone Elementary School during the weekend of Sept 24^th, 2004 and will be our ninth Fantasy Playground. The playground’s dedication will be held on Thursday, October 7^th.

Speakeasy Soiree

Dear Deuces Wild,

Now that the rush of the premiere “Speakeasy Soiree” is over, we want to say thank you so much for your participation. This was not an easy thing to do, as you all know. Committees work so hard toward an event, and then really get so little applause when it is over.

Well, we applaud you.

We can never tell you how much it meant for us to be involved with all of you. What started as an idea grew to be a marvelous extravaganza that so many people enjoyed. It was so much fun.

We estimate that approximately $20,000 profit was made on the event. That fluctuates as individuals are still writing their checks for silent auction items and bills have been outstanding. But in general, that is the best estimate we have at this time.

We are so very lucky to have worked with each and every one of you. The money raised will indeed help to fund Alzheimer’s disease. It remains our beleif that there will be a day when Alzheimer’s is just a memory.

Our vision – A World Without Alzheimer’s” – was brought one step closer with your help for this premiere “Speakeasy Soiree”

A Successful Ending

Dear Patsy:

Thank you so much for volunteering at the 2008 "The Stakes are High" Casino Night for the Multiple Sclerosis Alliance of Southern Colorado. This event is a great deal of fun for all, but it is a great deal of work as well! We could not have had such a successful evening without your help and support. The funds we raised that evening will go towards providing programs that improve the lives of people living with MS and their families. A Great and Enjoyable Evening for Many

Dear Patsy:

We heard from so many members what a great evening of fun, entertainment, and food our annual event was, in part due to your involvement in providing the casino theme through your company, Deuces Wild Casino Rentals. Our annual event is traditionally a much more stoic sit-down type of function, applying guest speakers or other themed activities, appropriate to the evening. You broke the mold with your suggestions, contributions, and overall themed entertainment.

I was particularly surprised and chuckled with laughter when I saw the great funny money that was being distributed to the evening guests. I thought this was a great touch.

The décor of the room combined with your equipment just made for a great and enjoyable evening for many. I want to thank you again for working with Tom, and we look forward to helping you promote your business in the months to come.

Expressing Gratitude

Dear Patsy,

The coaches, players, and families of the Lewis Palmer High School Baseball team would like to express their gratitude and thank you once again for your generous support of our Monte Carlo Night 2013! The boys had a wonderful time dealing - I think some believe they found their calling! :) Plus, the Deuces Wild Casino Night that you donated helped our fundraising efforts to generate more than $8,000! (I won this one!) These funds will allow us to purchase the equipment, jerseys, and, of course, baseballs that our team needs to stay competitive.

Coach Tom McCabe would also like to send you a special thank you and invitation. Tom came to LPHS just last year, and in the past 15 months has managed to take a drab and uninviting baseball field and transform it into a top-notch baseball venue.
